About the job
You are a forward-thinking, enthusiastic and hands-on B2B marketer.
​
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist responsible for developing, executing and monitoring Urbio's marketing strategy to reach objectives from brand awareness to product promotion. The role requires developing a holistic understanding of the business to drive both short & long-term company growth. With a data-driven mindset, and outstanding oral, written and visual communication skills, you rely on sales insights and user feedback to achieve company goals.
Responsibilities

Your tasks are to...​​

refine and execute the company's marketing strategy
-
measure and report the effectiveness of the plan with marketing analytics
-
produce appealing visual and written content for energy providers and consultants in DACH and Western Europe and share it through relevant channels
-
empower the sales team with outstanding marketing material (pitch decks, customer referrals, case studies, brochures, videos, infographics, blog posts...)
-
manage Urbio's online presence (website, social media, content marketing...)
-
identify and organize lead-generation events both online and at key in-person events
-
develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings
-
work closely with the commercial team to stay up to date on customer and market insights, and understand why customers use Urbio
-
ensure consistent use of branding across the company and in outward facing content
-
collaborate with the product and customer success teams to effectively communicate product developments to customers
-
build relations with journalists, energy media, and sector organizations in target markets and contribute to the preparation and dissemination of press releases
Qualifications
